I have been a client here for a few years now and I am very happy with the service German Auto has provided me with. Every time I have a problem with my 2 cars Audi and VW within 24 hours from dropping off i get a text notification and an Email with detailed description diagnose parts needed and cost and labor hour needed for repairing, you also get discounts if you are a first time costumer. Simply, you can trust this place to be honest, reasonable with price, and do an excellent job. I've taken my car here a few times and they've dissuaded me from wasting money on unnecessary work, charged me less than the estimate when an issue could be fixed without a new part, and they've become the only place I take my vehicle and a place I consistently recommend to all. The only other place my car had been before we're BMW dealers and they caused problems, overcharged, etc. I got a much better experience on quality and value here than the dealer, that's for sure.
